We are delighted that you have stopped by and would like to give you the opportunity to find out more about our practice, our team and, above all, our services.
In our GP practice, we support you with preventive measures to effectively prevent illness and support your recovery if you are already ill. We offer you a broad spectrum of internal diagnostics and general medicine and are happy to be your first point of contact if you have any complaints.
We always address your specific complaints and carefully weigh up the various forms of therapy with you. It is important to us to explain the diagnostic and treatment procedures in a generally understandable way so that you can better understand and support your illness and individual therapy.

History Praxis am Kreuzberg
According to oral tradition, it was Dr. Leuschner who founded the first "Praxis am Kreuzberg" at Katzbachstraße 17 in the 1970s after fleeing the GDR - clinging to the chassis of a truck - to the West. Dr. Leuschner later moved the practice to Katzbachstraße 13, where Dr. Schlachta, a colleague of Dr. Leuschner's from his East Berlin days, took over the practice in the early 1990s. Dr. Schlachta retired in 2006 and Gabriele Fahrbach took over the practice from 2006 to 2021.
A few moves later, due to the building fabric problems, we were back in Katzbachstraße 2. Since then we can welcome you again in our rooms.
We would like to thank all our patients who have remained loyal to us during the renovation. And we would also like to thank the owner of Katzbachstrasse 26, who rented us the store on the first floor. Without this offer, the existence of the practice would have been in doubt.
In January 2022, Dr. med. univ. Thomas Bode took over the practice.
